Clean Page – Where does one start?

I’ve just finished reading “Heels of Steel, Surviving & Thriving in the Corporate World” by Vanessa Vallely (highly recommended reading) and she recommended writing a blog, so here I am expecting writer’s block already, which is not  very positive start, is it?

I’m not anticipating this to be a completely work orientated blog, bearing in mind I’m a very enthusiastic bowler, baker and amdram actress and I don’t really expect anyone to read it but sometimes writing things down can clarify things in your head as well as work as a reminder.

I have an interview for a new job on Thursday, having recently been made redundant for the first time in my 40 year working life, so today thought I’d try out the commute and pinpoint the interview location instead of panicking on the day!  Despite the weather, Covent Garden was heaving – good for the market stall holders and surrounding cafes who were doing great business.  Besides being in the midst of “theatre land” Covent Garden is a place where I always thought that it would be a lovely place for sitting outside on a summer evening with a glass or two of chilled wine, watching the world go by.  Maybe I’ll find out in the summer?!
